Cell C
Very Unhappy Custome

Telecommunications

Cell phone went in for repairs the in Feb 2013 as it was not charging. I received the phone back and it was still giving the same problem. I booked it in again on the 07/04/2013 as this time the charring socket came out the Friday before I returned the handset to the Cell C shop. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THE PHONE WENT FOR REPAIRS IN NOT EVEN A YEAR. I then received a SMS to say it is going to cost me R370.73 to fix the phone as it was fiscal damage. I phoned and queried it, the manager from the shop was going to get somebody to phone me back to date no call received. I send two emails and today finally somebody phones me back. WOW what a disappointment! Just to tell me that I signed clause 8 and I am liable for the cost to fix the phone. NOW CELL C LISTEN VERY GAREFULLY, I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS. Why should I pay for something that was not fixed in the first place and proof to me how that is fiscal damage. Ref to your own terms and conditions No 3 - All repaired handsets will be covered by a 90 day warranty. Please get your facts together, refer to both email I send and phone the store before you phone me back. I will not pay for something that was not my fault.
