Cancellation request still not done

I cancelled my 8ta/telkom mobile contract of the 25/06/2013 on 26/6/2013 at the telkom mobile store, wrote on hellopeter about the cancellation not being effected on 19/07/2013, & nothing besides a call to acknowledge the comment happened, so went to another telkom store & opened case no. 6401539 on 21/07/2013, & I received a call acknowledging the cancell request, but the line still remains active more than 1 month after the cancellation request.
Also, the advertising leaflets state if you send 5 sms, you receive 50 free for the day. But the fine print which is not highlighted states you will only get 1 free bundle of sms per day.
