I previously wrote a report on Hello Peter about an issue with my phone repairs. The complaint was responded to by a person named Mantoa (reference number: REQ:2939998) stating that Northgate management would contact me regarding a way forward to solve the problem. It has been two weeks and i have not received any communication from the Northgate Branch or headoffice regarding the matter. I was forced to just send the phone back in for repairs as i could no longer use it at all. Absolutely disgusted with the service i am receiving from MTN.
