Phone sent in for repairs/replacement TWICE

As per my previous report on Hello Peter (https:///mtn/complaints/phone-returned-unfixed-958203), my phone was sent in and returned unfixed due to the incompetence of both the call centre consultants and technicians. After never receiving any further communication subsequent to a very vague response to my complaint on HP by "Willem" of MTN (REQ:1515621) I eventually had the phone collected for a second time through my MTN insurance during December 2012. Upon receiving it back in January 2013 I discovered that the problem had still not been fixed. I have requested that the phone simply be replaced since it was within warranty and MTN have not fixed it. I have even taken a video showing that the problem has not been fixed. The service I have received regarding this issue has been terrible. I can't even call in to MTN insurance as the phone works only intermittently. This matter needs to be brought to management level, and I would like somebody from management to actually contact me to discuss it in-depth and find a suitable solution. The type of service I am paying quite dearly for each month does not warrant the appalling service I am receiving.
