A few months I wrote on this site complaining about Cell C. My complaint started in November 2012 and to date I am paying for services I dont have. I have a blackberry 9300 and my BBM's stopped working in November. I have made numerous calls, emails, logged requests, went to the Northgate Branch, did a sim swap which is still under warranty, I even wrote on this site... Cell C has taken my phone away for a month, added the repairs amount under my bill without my authority... Ever since it came back from repairs which is still under warranty the BBM'S still dont work along with my browser... I went back to North gate 3 weeks ago, they have logged a complaint and to date nobody has contacted me further.

Am I right in saying this is a breach of contract for charging me for repairs that is still under warranty... still not fixed and I am paying for this service.

Where to from here... Do I go to the consumer council?

Every when I wrote on this website about this a few months ago nobody assisted me.
