Thomas from Northgate branch did not do his jo

On Saturday the 19th January I went to Northgate branch, and spoke to THOMAS in order to TRANSFER my branch from Rivonia to Northgate. I then asked him to contact Rivonia and get them to send my new cheque card to Northgate, and I would pick it up the following Saturday (26th). He assured me this had been done, I reeived a document to say my branch had been changed, and his verbal confirmation that my card would be at Northgate the following Saturday.
When I went to Northgate on Saturday 26th, my card was not there because it was still at Rivnia. They had not sent it to Northgate, and claimed that they received no instruction.
Today, Friday 1st, I called the Card division to confirm that my card will be at Northgate tomorrow. NO IT IS NOT because it is still at Rivonia branch, and Jean who helped me said that the card division had not been alerted ot the change in branch.
I am now going to Rivonia myself tomorrow to fetch my card. What is the point of me going in to the branch and giving instructions regardnig my account if no one follows them. This should be a disciplinary action, because 2 weeks after the fact it still hasn't been done.
How useless??
