NO COVERAGE AT RAYTON AND BAD ATTITUDE

Since 01 December 2013 our COVERAGE at Rayton, Gauteng were up and down. As from 03 December 2013 we experienced NO SIGNAL/COVERAGE, which is very frustrating as we cannot make or receive any calls!!! Our internet is down, which means we cannot get any work done resulting in us losing business and income.

Not to mention the fact that should there be some sort of emergency we will not be able to make any emergency call, I have a 3 year old and this is very upsetting. This is totally unacceptable as we have no access to landlines as Telkom refuses to install it on our properties because of all the cable, so this means we rely on our cellphones.

I phoned MTN this morning and with a very bad and no care attitude they advised me that the towers are down because of no electricity and when I wanted to know when it will get fixed they said they don't know and I should wait and see.

I cannot believe that it takes a week for a problem to get solved.

I want answers!!! Not wait and see... We don't tell you to wait and see when you want your money at the end of the month!!!
