No coverage

I took out two data bundles with them through MTN as they suggested Mtn been the best in the area. I have continuously complained that we have no signal for the past year and all I get it excuses and then nothing until I have to go in again and again raising the same compliant over and over again. I have been a client for 19 years and to get this kind of service is totally unacceptable. I requested that somebody from MTN actually come out to my house while I am here this morning between 8 and 9am and nobody bothered to come or even call to inform me that nobody would be coming. Why am I paying for a service that doesn't work have the time and have to go from room to room to see if I can get a signal. My street address isn't even acknowledged on MTN map yet I get told that I have coverage. I am seriously sick of bad service? All I want is be able to have full coverage no matter where I am in access my Internet as I can't work I don't have coverage is that toooooo much to ask
