I have a contract with Vodacom (3G) for R99.00 per month. Since March 2013 I have been charged an extra R9.50 on my account for "Dual Billing". Apparently for enhanced / extra services. I never gave permission for them to charge this, not in writing nor telephonically. My e-mails and phone calls to them have been totally ignored! My last recorded telephone conversation with them was on 29 November 2013 and to date I have not even had a reference number for my complaint. I was promised that a refund of the extra charges would be done, but needless to say, to date nothing has been credited to my account.
