Charged for Internet, yet I pay for BIS

Last month I received my bill and I noticed that I was charged for internet usage and calls which was also taken out of my contract free minutes. I phoned to dispute this and spoke to Ntabiseng on 21/02/2013. She gave me a reference number A1302211139 and said that they will get back to me. This was the last I heard from them. I phoned today and spoke to Tinah who kept interrupting while I was explaining, until I eventually told her to wait to hear what I say until she speaks. Tinah says that Autopage sent me a response via SMS on 28/02/2013, which I never got... the SMS apparantly said that there are no credits due. My argument is that I pay for BIS on my contract and I don't go into You Tube or listen to radio stations, etc on this phone. The only internet usage will be for Browsing, Facebook, Twitter. I have a Vodacom account that I use for the same purposes and they do not charge extra, but Autopage (or MTN) charges extra. If Autopage does not credit me with these charges, then I will be forced to take legal action because they are ripping me off. I've been a loyal customer with Autopage for more than ten years and if they want to lose me as a customer then it is their decision.
