EDGARS - Over Charged without Consent!!!

I have been a very good customer of Edgars for the past 9 years. I have noticed that I have been billed different amounts for different 'services' that I have not been aware of. When I asked their service people about it (telephonically), they are very willing to stop all the extra charges to my account. This is not the issue, I do not just want the extra charges stopped. I want a refund for all of the charges to my account, which has been without my consent over the years.
I have been charged at least 3 times a month for ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN - R75.00, at least 2 times a month for EDGARS CLUB - R125.00 and I have been charged for LIFESTYLE MEMBERSHIP FEE - R25.00 - -R32.00 (these amounts always vary). I am very confused on how these are calculated and why these amount always change. I like anyone else, would never allow any company to charge me any amount that they decide for that month is appropriate. I would like proof that I wanted these charges to my account. And I want the details of what I agreed to pay, I know that I would not agree to pay any amount that you decide you want me to pay. If you cannot supply this proof, I would like a full refund!
