Wrongfully billed! Call centre cant assist!

I was billed for a 20mb recurring bundle that I NEVER SELECTED! Upon phoning the call centre, an incorrect phone number reflected that I'm phoning from. WTH! Then, after being passed around between departments for 20 mins, I have to call again later as no operators are available! I am livid!
