MTN Feedback - 7th time lucky?

In 2011 I opened a contract with MTN SP for a 3G 3gb uncapped data plan that came with a dongle. Because the offer would only last as long as the 24 months & thereafter would discontinue, I emailed my written notice to terminate the contract a month before it was due to end/upgrade. I did not receive any feedback from MTN after a while & I thought this strange as I had recently updated my address to the same email customer care email address & the response had been very prompt. I emailed again, simply forwarding my initial request to terminate the contract & advised them that this was my second attempt at emailing my notice. Still no answer. I phoned them, was told I needed to call between 9am & 2pm. This is hardly possible with my busy work schedule. I emailed a 3rd time, this time to the SP email address, still no answer! Phoned AGAIN a few days ago, was given a reference number & told I would get a call yesterday. Well, I didn't. MTN informed me though, that my contract was still active. I told the gentleman that I would not be paying MTN a CENT after my last debit for the contract goes through month end. And I will not. Maybe NOW I will hear from you? Highly frustrated.
