Incorrect billing second month in a row

Nashua mobile debited R6831.04 from my account for December, I fail to understand how they calculated the figure. I didn't receive my December statement / invoice which has become a norm now. I asked them to send me the amount breakdown of what I will be charged for the cancelled contract and the signed copies of the cancelled contract and they didn't bother to send that. I called their call centre on Sunday to find out why they charged me the above amount, and I was told part of the amount was for hardware subsidy and they will investigate. Why am I paying hardware subsidy for a phone I never collected? The phone was never in my position. How much am I supposed to pay for this cancelled contract? Why am I being billed on a cancelled contract?

I had almost the same problem last month, and I was told my issue will be investigated and some specialist will call me to give feedback, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THAT SPECIALIST'S CALL EVEN TODAY.

THIS IS BAD SERVICE AT IT'S HIGHEST LEVEL!!!
