I want my refund please

My account was debited as usual by end of October.By mistake i made an EFT payment to CellC on 4November. i called them yesterday requesting them to refund my account as the payment i made was in error. Jabulani told me that that amount has already been credited to my November bill, and if i want a refund he will log a case, for my query to be investigated and the refund will only be done after 7 working days. i refused the two options, and he escalated my query to his superiors who were supposed to call me yesterday already, but they didn't, neither did i receive a reference number to my call, as was promised by Jabulani. Selwyn just called me, he repeated Jabulani's story. I'm not deaf, I dont want this money to be credited to my November bill, and i don't want to wait for 7 working days. My account is not in arrears, it is in credit. they mailed me acknowledgement of payment yesterday already. So why cant they refund me immediately.
