Cut service though bank details confirmed by them

This is utterly SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING!

On 26 Nov, 15h57, received SMS from Autopage Cellular confirming that they have changed my debit order details as requested.

On 5 December, 12h25 I receive an SMS which states that "you have failed to submit payment... and your service will be suspended and your credit record will be adversely affected."

Besides informing them of the bank details changing and receiving CONFIRMATION FROM THEM, what else must I do!!!

What INCOMPETENCE!!

Now it is up to me to spend precious time trying to have this rectified??!!!

This is not the first time I have had problems with Autopage. When my contract with them expires, I will never go near this company again.
