Want Bad service pay Autopage!!!

My bank account was changed to a new bank, and all documents were sent through to Altech Autopage to submit the debit order to the new bank. The payment first did not go through and I received a call from the credit controller about this. I provided the correct bak branch code as they did not read the document that was sent with the correct branch code on. This was corrected and the payment was made two weeks ago. the credit controlled confirmed that the payment has gone through, but my phones have been cut off today for the 8th time in 2 weeks.

I spend hours on the alternative line to contact them regarding this matter, I am promised everytime that they will place a note on the system to say that this was rectified 2 weeks ago, but still my phones are cut OFF, Can nobody do their job, and correct this matter I have even spoken to the supervisor who also made promises, and guess what my phone is cut off again TODAY!!!
