Account suspended even after payment

Wallet was so new credit card number was issued. When monthly debit order went off, payment was declined due to old card details. Received call within 30min from customer care and card details were updated and payment went through. Continued to receive threatening smses from Altech claiming my credit record would be affected if i did not pay, but to ignore if already paid. Phoned call centre again to confirm payment had gone through and account was in good standing and was assured that all was in order and I could ignore smses. Account has since been suspended and my credit record "adversely affected". Call centre only open from 0700-2200 so had to phone next day first thing, only to be told payment had gone through, but accounts department hasn't cleared my account. They only open at 8am so please phone back. Can't phone call centre as account has been suspended! Current invoice online shows a R49 reconnection fee that i've been charged .. but am still offline. Autopage has breeched the terms of our contract and incorrectly reported a bad credit check, affecting my record going forward. Shocking service.
