BILLING ISSUE FROM DAY 1 of ACTIVATION 8 Days NOW

From day 1 of activation i have been billed incorrectly billed per minute instead of per second as per the package I took and the contract I signed. I reported this immediately and was given ref number that it will be rectified in 24 to 48 hours and my minutes reversed. We are going on 8 days now and this is unacceptable. I have called the call center several times and spoken to several people and have received SMS but still not sorted out and I am bearing the cost of buying additional airtime when I should not be out of bundle. I even received my new monthly minutes and I am still being billed incorrectly. I have escalated it to this level to see if anything can be sorted if not sorted by Friday I am going to cancel this contract with Vodacom and look for another service provider.
