Change of Bank account details without consent

Autopage reacted on an instruction from my ex wife (divorced 13 years ago) and changed the billing account details on my contract without my knowledge. I saw that no charges came through for November and became aware of this unauthorised changes to my account. This was not corrected and changed back to my bank account and in December the payment was refused by the other bank.
My account is now seen in a bad light. The billing details is still not fixed. I need to receive assurance that no un-authorised persons can access my account details at Autopage.
It seems that contact details were also changed. I refuse to take responsibility for any non payment as a result of this.
