Logged faults 'closed' but fault not fixed

We have struggled for the past month with Telkom to get 1) an ADSL line up and running 2) a line transferred to our property as a second new line and 3) have our existing line be operational, it has gone 'dead' twice in the past 2 weeks. We have logged faults in all cases. On 2 occasions logged faults have been closed without our knowledge and without correction to the fault. Other faults have resulted in a technician visiting but no work being completed. Barring an SMS to indicated the fault has been logged, follow-up communication as been non-existent. Since our line is now down again I can not 'call' to check progress. Therefore I am listing the Managing Executive - NCO- Marna Wilden - Responsible for the technical and operational management associated with Telkom's core network as the individual responsible for my problems since I assume these are departments for which she would be responsible.
