Over 15 faults logged. Line still broken

I am at my wits end.

I have a 2mbps ADSL line at home and it is up for maybe 50% of the month.

I have logged over 15 faults in the past few months.

Every time the line goes down, I log the fault and then Telkom takes at least a day (Sometimes up to 4 days) to fix.

I don't know what else to do anymore. I pay a monthly subscription for a service I am not receiving. I can't get through to anyone else than tier 1 level support. Sometimes I'll get through to a technician but I am yet to speak to someone who actually knows what they are talking about. I am a network engineer myself - this is pathetic service.

This is SHOCKING service. When will it stop? When will it be fixed for good? Will it ever? There are no alternatives available! ADSL is the only affordable option at the moment but I am starting to think I am going to have to get a wireless connection from a reliable company like Amobia just so I can have a stable connection that is up.

PLEASE FIX THIS LINE!
