Vodacoms absolutely shocking service Part 2, 3 & 4

I wrote a complaint of Vodacom's utter incompetence on the 28th October labelled 'Vodacoms absolutely shocking service'. Since then I have another 3 incidents with the same problem. It seems that these guys are trying hard to make the Brian Boswell circus look like a class act compared to the circus these clowns are running.
Over the last 2.5 months, I have collected my phone 4 times, the last being yesterday (04 December). Each time I collect my phone, it is still not working and goes straight back to the repair centre.
Can someone with half a brain at Vodacom please contact me and explain how a phone can be released after undergoing 2 quality inspections (one at the service centre and one at the Lakeside Vodacom Repair Centre) four times, so this is the 8th quality inspection that this phone has undergone, and it is still not working. All that needs to be fixed is the speaker, I'm not asking that you design a new phone, because everyone knows you would battle to sell cabbages on the side of the road if we look at competency levels, just fix the speaker.

Utterly amazed and surprised that you can still run a company on these type of service levels.
