I have been a customer with Vodacom since 1998. We have 4 data contracts for our small business, 4 cell phone contracts and 1 Galaxy. an additional 7 contracts in the family

I do not know what has happened to Vodacom in the last 2 years & especially in 2013. Their data contracts are unmanageable, with wrong information, over charging, wrong soft locks, incompetent call centre staff. Nice, but nobody can assist & sent from department to department to department. Nobody seems to understand basic English so cannot grasp what you are saying to them & assist in the correct manner.

it is IMPOSSIBLE to get pass a call centre staff member. Either Vodacom do not have any managers working for them, or they are just beyond helping anybody.
Mon 02-12-13: 36 min waiting on line to be assisted - 45 min later no further with query & after holding on for 10 min finally put the phone down
Tues 03-12-13: 27 min before helped & promised (after an additional 17 min) data contract will be online within 2 hours
Wed 04-12-13: 25 min into call was cut off
Thu 05-12-13: Told have to pay in R350 as went over!!! When know for fact was UNDER data usage.
Have closed 5 accounts by now - others following
