Paying for contract for 3months with no phone

I took a contract with Altech autopage that is a package of laptop, samsung pocket since december 2012, first thing first i was told that they cannot deliever the phone so i must go fetch it from their Autopage altech shop which i did, they delivered the phone with a wrong sim card and a phone with a faulty screen, i have several emails with no response to the consultant who helped me just to find out he has been moved to another branch after being send to the branch in Cresta where i took the contract from, the cresta told me that they have moved to Sandton and they refered me to sandton as they claimed that this are the only people who can help me.when i got to Sandton i was helped by a consultant by the name of malcolm whom you can see he is not comfortable with any decision he was making because of a manager (kevin) who contantly interrepted him when he was trying to help, Kevin seem to have little knowledge about hwat he was talking about.i have been waiting for almost a month for the phone to be repaired with no phhone call no update after revisiting their branch and with a promise of getting the phone back within a week, the sim card issue was fixed with only bundle of two months
