Every month I purchase additional data via the call centre. This is unfortunately not the first time it has happened. I call the centre, purchase a 5 gig once off data bundle only to discover that the amount charged was added onto my bill but the data was not allocated. You call the call centre, they tell you first that it will take 24 hours. You call back then you are told - sorry the data was not allocated. We cannot allocate the data. Some other department must. forbid you get angry due to their incompetence. They simply put the phone down in your ear. You call back and are promised that a superviser will call you back. Still waiting and now I simply do not know if my problem is even attended to. I feel that I should mention that I am a so called Platinum member spending on average between 8 to 12 thousand rand a month and still I get bad service. If this is how Vodacom value their good Clients forbid... Is my business important to Vodacom or shall I take my business else where? Is my problem being attended to? How many more times will I be exposed to the incompetence of Vodacom? I am officialy done with Vodacom.
