Unauthorized deduction of data accounts

In January 2013, data usage of one of my cell phone (Business a/c) was allegedly overused and some R4000 deducted. I made enquires with vodacom and was requested to sign a mandate. I was promised 6/8 working days for the problem to be resolved. To date after 11 calls, 3 reference numbers, 2 emails and countless hours of waiting I have been sent from Pillar to Post, elusive feedback, sent to a dark hole and cut off.
I have 8 contracts on my business a/c. If this is the service I am going to receive, Vodacom can be rest assured, that when the contracts come up for renewal they won't be my service provider.
Failing which, I will withold payment until I get Vodacom's written response.
