Waiting for line to be fixed

Our business telephone lines has been off since Monday 3 February 2014. I have contacted Telkom everyday since then to find out how long our lines are going to be off since this line is crucial to our business (fax, email & contact). I have been told everyday that the technicians are busy with the lines and that they will send a report through so to speed up the problem. Our neighbouring business's lines were also off but their lines have been reconnected with in a day or two of the problem and we are the only one's that still sitting with the problem. I understand that it takes time to fix lines that have been cut, but please give me a time frame to work on. I have had to get a pre-paid usb modem to go onto the internet to communicate to my customers, I had to run my cell phone bill into the hundreds of rands so to contact customers, I am losing money by the day. I have never skipped on a telephone bill payment or paid late. Telkom I am very sad & disappointed in this matter. Will surely check into another service provider.
