THIRD COMPLAINT_INCORRECT AMOUNT BEING DEBITED

I upgraded to a top up contract FOR ONLY R249 per a month however I am being charged more than that every month. I have complained about this twice before but no seems to pay attention and have this error corrected. This is definately a breach of contract as I am being charged incorrectly. I expect to be reimbursed for the extra money that was debitted. If this matter is not corrected I will have it escalated as per the National Consumer Protection act. I expect feedback within 24hours or else I will have my contracts cancelled. Please refer this complaint to a person that is capable of rendering customer service and getting the job done!!!
