A billing error not corrected for 2 weeks now

On 28 March 2013, my account was charged with a "Journal" transaction for 2013. In April, R169 more than what is supposed to be debited from my account was taken. I have called the call center on 4 occasions now to have this corrected, and have this amount refunded to me but nothing has been done. My first call was made nearly 2 weeks ago. I keep getting told to call again, and each time nothing has happened. This is unacceptable. An unauthorised amount was taken off my account and I expect this to be corrected instead of being taken from pillar to post.
