I upgraded my cellphone contract on 04/08/2012. i took a nokia n9 for R333 x 24 months. I would start paying this new amount of R333 on 13/11/2012 as this is when the new contract would kick in... i now see on my bank statement that i am being charged R390 and not R333 per month.
i am being charged R57 for a blackberry service. I did not ask for this service or authorise it. i have a nokia n9 so there is no need for me to have any blackberry services! I must be reimbursed for the extra R57 i was charged from November 2012. I emailed customer Service on 30/04/2013 and AGAIN on 06/05/2013 and today AGAIN... and have not received a response except for the auto reply message. I am completely disgusted with the lack of customer service and the fact that cell c wrongfully debited my account for the incorrect amount. I will never take out a contract with Cell C again and if its possible i would love to cancel this contract (with no extra costs or cancellation fees involved of course as this is entirely Cell c's fault).
