Its been over 5 days now waiting for a consultant

Waiting 4 a consultant...

Early in 2010 I was suppose to get an upgrade and a person by the name of Credo Khumalo assisted me with the upgrade. He told me that I will get the phone (LG kp 265) with a free nokia not an open line but will get airtime in that line. To my surprise when they debited they debited a R125 plus a R100 for the new phone of which it was not agreed upon. I kept on calling and made follow ups regarding that issue but then nothing has happened and I stopped paying them. When I called again they told me that Credo Khumalo has resigned with immediate effect. so I have been in contact with people from the head office, they cc'd me in their emails regarding this issue but still others took their time to respond to the emails either. They say now they have handed me to Legal department I don't know how did this happen because it was never resolved. I really need a phone but cant call any of the suppliers because of CELL C. Imagine from 2010 until 2013. What bothers me is that I was the one who was calling them and they promise to come back to me but no one would until i make another call. even now I have many of their Ref numbers. poor service indeed. please help m
