Upgrade S4 Mini - No Covers as promised in advert

Hi,

I have just upgraded with Nashua Mobile when their new advert appeared on 07 Octover 2013
I upgraded and order 10 October 2013

One of the reasons I decided for the Samsung S4 mini was the promise of 2 free flip covers for the phone
Phone is delivered without any covers as 'Out of stock' with no promise when delivery will ever happen
I have escalated to call centre, Elanie Brand too the call today, where I get told that Black is out of stock but they can offer me a hideous Green or Orange cover - That does not suit me as I am definately not a teenager anymore
In the interim my phone is getting damaged as I have no cover and do not want to spend R300 unnecessarily

Previously I ordered a tablet and waited 3 months for the promised cover to arrive

The only reason I am still with Nashua is the Ebucks that I get on my contract
