Samsung slim covers scratch S3

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 in August 2012 and decided rather that it getting scratched i would buy a cover for it and assumed that the Original Samsung covers would be the most reliable. I was wrong. Now, a few months down the line the plastic Samsung covers have completely scratched my phone on the back cover and corners where the cover rubs. I have tried contacting samsung by phone and they don't seem to understand my issue or have a solution.

I have not done anything to cause this issue and would like something to be done to repair the phone. How can i get a response?

Im a huge samsung fan and love the samsung brand and S3. Im really sad that al the effort i have put into keeping my phone in perfect condition has been let down by the manufacturer's poor quality product.
