Vodacom Birthday deals - Octobe

I upgraded my Vodacom contract at the Vodacom shop in Rustenburg (next to Dischem) on the 6th November. Vodacom's birthday deals was from the 7 Oct - 6 Nov. I decided on the Samsung s4 mini smart S deal with this deal I received 2 flip covers, in the Vodacom booklet it stated that you get a TomTom Bluetooth car kit with, NOTHING about flip covers. I phone the store manager to find out why the deal says you get a Bluetooth car kit but I got flip covers. He then inform me that the flip covers comes with the phone and I should also be getting the Bluetooth car kit, he told me that they were out stock and he will call as soon as they receive new stock. He did as he said and phoned when the new stock arrived. I ask my husband to pick it up for me, when he arrived at the store they told him that the consultant upgraded me on the flip cover contract and not the tomtom contract, the manager/supervisor Edward then informed my husband that we are not getting the Bluetooth car kit because it was on the wrong deal. I feel discriminated against and is very unhappy, I qualified for this deal. Now I have to pay for incompetency!!!
