No Assistance on Email SMTP Issue

I have been having an issue with my SMTP whereby my emails have not been getting sent to 3rd party recipients for over 2 weeks (i.e. subscribers to other than Telkomsa).

The matter is simple, I have been using [URL Removed] with authentication as my outgoing server for over two years. Since the previous week, it has not been working. I had explained that I was suggested to use the [URL Removed] outgoing server however this would not work for me as I often am mobile with my Laptop and would use other connections for my email use. Thus I have been using the [URL Removed] with authentication as it provided me this ease of use not only at home.

I had raised this issue with the Technical Support staff who where unable to assist. I had then been transferred to the Second Line Support team, whereby I spoke to Simon Semola. I explained my issues to him but could not receive a suitable solution and thus had advised that Telkom would be unable to assist further. I then requested to speak to Simon's manager and was contacted by Boipelo Mathaga. She assured that it would be investigated and I would be contacted directly to resolve my issue.
