Around the 2d week of September 2013, I took a decision to completely stop using Virgin Mobile simcard as I was badly treated by one of their employees. I received a statement that showed due amount of R322, which was debited on my bank account but another amount of R945 was also debited and my sin was to enquire on that. I further indicated that the last itemised billing that I received was for July, however I'm being charged a fee but I'm not receiving itemised bill. I completely removed the simcard but I still received statements with due amounts around R1000 or more. I took this up with the collection dept and I was told that my account is in arrears and debit orders wer returned unpaid. I disputed that and i sent proof of payments and the gentleman promised to revert back to me. To date I'm still waiting feedback from Virgin Mobile. looking at the rate of complaints from customers, I'm made to believe that Virgin Mobile's house is in chaos hence I request hellopeter's intervention on this matter.
