HI Telkom

So for the past couple of days a client of mine is struggling with sending emails. The situation is that emails can be send from your mail website, but not from outlook or from a mobile device. I have tested and tried from different pc's and mobile devices and the same situation happens. According to her she can still send emails to clients within the Telkom network eg. [Email Removed] but nothing else. The smtp settings is correctly configured [URL Removed] The send emails does go into the send folder proving it has been send and also no errors get received. The client is still receiving emails normally.

I'm in IT and properly set up 100 of outlook accounts and haven't seen this before
Please look into this as there is no errors on her side.
Your customer service is also not very helpful
