My Business has 2 mweb contracts, a normal ADSL and a business ADSL. I have loged a call with mweb more that a week ago, no response.
i called your offices, got transferred from one department to another, because nobody can support email related problems.
This morning i get a mail from Eve, who ask me what smtp server i use, (after it states very clearly in the mail) what server i use, and in the same mail i get the normal lazy response to say i must use another smtp server.
She did not even try to troubleshoot the problem.
This is the incompetent consultants your customers have to deal with.

I am in the process of moving to anoher ISP, dont even try to hold me on my contract, I will fight you in court.
you cannot support the internet packages that you supply.
