We closed a business at end of April 2013. We gave proper notice of cancellation on 3 April 2013. We have corresponded on teklephone and many e-mails over the past 2.5 month but we get no support or responses and the line is still working. In fact we have been getting various calls to pay the account while we have a R4400, 00 deposit with Telkom on the line 012-2591862. We have send emails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] The property where the line is, is vacant and under guard duty and they can use the phone if they want to. We have given up on this issue. Telkom is useless to say the least, no activity or productivity or support. Above all, it is practically impossible to get though on the lines. Telkom has all the correspondance and authorization to pay back our deposit.
