Poor service at call centre

Thank you to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] for not assisting me today.
This is poor service and unacceptable. My problem is still not solved.

I send out an email on the 06 Dec 2012 and the third party have not received it, I tried this on 3 occassions and it still does not work. The size of the attachedments is about 1560kb in size, the call centre agent told me the size should not be an issue and the second person told me it's an issue. I have spoken to about 4 call centre agents at your technical support line and no one seem to have the knowledge to assist me. How difficult can this realy be to have pacients and support your client and investors.
