Where do I start, I logged a call last week regarding my emails that I send out is giving me an error "Sender address rejected: SpamCop TOS - SAIX Ref: S1720 Blacklisted for SPAM, So i get told that their is a problem on Telkom's server that is why my emails are not going through, They gave me the ref - 114CRK010613, Saturday I get a call saying it is resolved and they closed the call however the problem still exist, I contact Telkom and they literally send me to 6 people up and down Departments to finally get assistance.

I mean really how hard is it to sort out and issue like this if you concentrate on what you are doing and if you claim to be highly trained.

There are 4 email accounts that are outgoing in my business and only one of my email accounts is having a problem, If there was a problem with the server wouldn't it affect all my email accounts.

Please can someone sort this issue out asap because of Telkom I am losing business, This customer service is beyond bad really.
