Is there someone in Vodacom who can resolve this

I have major issues with sending email with my iPhone 4s. This is really not rocket science and I'm fairly technical. I can receive emails from my Mweb email account so the mweb pop is fine. But I can't send emails unless I'm on wi-fi. To solve this should be straight forward!! Put in the Vodacom's smtp settings. I have tried [URL Removed] [URL Removed] I have tried changing the port but I just can't seem to send an email off the Vodacom network. I have also tried, as a last resort, the mweb smtp settings. Is there anyone who can help me resolve this.
