Unfortunately I can not remember the consultant that answered the phone, but boy what she incompetent!!! I explain my predicament several time to her, but she could just not understand! Apparently I have to do 8.ta's work for them! I have to spend money in order to get a proof of payment (the money was deducted via debit order), and send it to them so they can see that I have paid!!!

What utter is that!!! Luckily a 'manager'/supervisor helped me and explained the system and said I can only send a copy of my bank statement to them, and he'll sort out the rest!

Thank goodness there is still people that CAN offer their help!!!
