Debit order went off, Wonga refusing to acknowledg

I borrowed money from Wonga South Africa, and has a debit order set up to pat them back. On the debit order date, I got an email saying the debit order did not go off. I know for a fact there was money in my account. But maybe that can happen somehow. Anyway, I immediately logged in to the Wonga site, clicked on "Pay by debit order", and made sure money is still in my account.

It is now 4 days later, and my account is still showing as unpaid. I sent proof of payment 3 times, hearing nothing back from them, and then phoned them, and on the phone they asked me to... send proof of payment. Which I did, again, this morning.

It is 7 hours later, I have sent proof of payment multiple times more, explaining that they are still adding interest to my 'overdue' account, but I have paid, and asking them to let me know if there is anything they need to sort this out.

As always, I have heard nothing back, and my account, after at least 5 times sending proof of payment, is still showing as overdue.

The people from Wonga are probably friendly enough, but apparently completely incompetent. All they need to do is update my account status, or if there is an issue, let me know.
