The worst and incompetent customer line

Amounts with no invoices are being deducted from my account and the 8ta/telkom mobile incompetent consultants cannot even explain to me why the this is hapenning. I have 2 devices with Telkom mobile and I requested them to separate the bills because the company wants different invoice number for these devices inorder for them to pay; i was promised that this was going to happen in December now I am getting 1 statement of which I am not sure whether they have combined the billing for the 2 devices but it reflects the mobile number of the one device and what annoys me the most is having 2 amounts deducted in December and in February for which I do not have invoices for. Why is telkom mobile having a customer careline if their people do not have a clue of what/how to provide information to customers. They are all incompetent and so unsure even when they talk to a customer, they get mute with no responses when asked questions and they take their time to even pick up the line. All this Jeanette person could tell me is how they do not know how the back office works; if they do not know why am I not speaking to the back office. annoyed
