I changed banks recently and i phoned into 8ta to give them my new acc details only for the consultant to tell me that they wont be able to debit my new acc because its too late so they will debit my old acc then the following month they will debit my new acc... so i still told the consultant that i will then have to put the money into my old acc witch i did only to find that they go and debit my new acc after telling me they couldn't, well that debit order bounced as all other accounts had taken their money and i had left money in my old acc for 8ta, and they cut off my phone and Internet!!! this has caused me extreme inconvenience, i had phoned a number of times and then had to deposit the money into their acc, i then had to send proof of payment so when trying to log onto my Internet banking i somehow blocked it now i have to go into the bank so i cant send the proof of payment witch means i cannot operate my bank acc nor phone or go onto the internet its extremely annoying when i have to be inconvenienced because some one never did their Job properly!!! i will never do business in the future with you guys
