SMS notification at an ungodly hour
I complained about this on the 5 November as well. A lady called me and ensured me that she has recitified the matter and this would NOT happen again.

Guess what. this morning at 2:11 AM, i get an sms notification again.
Being woken up at 2:11am by an SMS is extremely unsettling.
I would appreciate it if this is sorted out once and for all.
I dont want some lady calling me and telling me it would be sorted out when it just.
I want some RESPONSIBLE person who would follow through and make sure it is done.
I would appreciate and email confirming it has been dealt with, so come next month, I have a contact person.
