Here we go AGAIN!

I have phoned customer care and accounting several times now with little success.

1. I want to terminate my contract and need to give a 30 day notice. I've been waiting 2 weeks and 5 calls later I have not received the cancelation of services form.
2. I wish to pay my outstanding balance and reconnect the line for the notice of cancelation period.
3. hears me, I have had a similar issue with another contract that I had many years ago where MTN can go to as I will NOT pay the outstanding amount based on a principal issue.
4. If I do not receive the said form by the end of today I will consider the matter as closed. MTN and BMD can stand on their heads, scream, threat or do whatever you need to I will SAME AS THE OTHER SITUATION ignore you!
