I have been fighting with CellC about my Faulty Blackberry Z10. My name is Denise Hugo (ID 8706180098083). I received my phone in August 2013. sins I received it it have cost me thousands of rands to repair and send in and try to fix.

The phone's sound goes of and on by it self when ever it wants. (then I don't wake up with my alarm clock for work and is ALWAYS late for work) I was fired at one of my work places because of this. My battery only lasts for 3 ours then it is dead! I am pregnant I NEED MY PHONE TO BE ON AND WORKING. I also drive 80km a day to work. I NEED MY PHONE TO WORK. what if something happens to me on the road??? I have tried everything. Then there is also other small soft wear problems but I just need my phone ON and WITH sound. If my boss phones me I need him to get hold of me.

I have phones CellC and complained and they just say send it to a CellC shop. EVERY TIME. This is unexeptable. I don't know what to do any more. (I cant afford to sit without a phone for another 21 days, when it goes in for repairs again)
